This tree on Elizabeth and 4th Street, is so beautiful in the spring that I welcome its return like an old friend I only get to see once a year. Its magenta and purple buds are deep and rich in tone, and the colors draw me back again and again.
This is the original painting, an oil on canvas measuring 16 × 20" and will come framed.
