It is beautiful outside, even when the landscape sleeps. This was painted in January, after the snow had melted. The landscape was mostly brown, but the sun hung low in the sky, allowing me to find the beautiful colors hidden within the winter landscape. The low winter light transformed the ordinary browns into something much more colorful.
This is the original painting, an oil on canvas measuring 36 × 36". It is a large piece and will come framed.
While shipping is possible, I strongly prefer local delivery within a reasonable distance, which I’m happy to provide for free. This helps ensure the painting and frame arrive safely and in the best possible condition.
